I have over 18 years’ experience as a broadcast lighting cameraman and ten years as a business and corporate production director/producer specialising in website and business video production.

I am skilled in the use of all broadcast and professional cameras, large format cameras, studio and location lighting and skilled in the use of Final Cut Pro X.

Having studied Television Production in Northumberland I have worked with many of the UK broadcasters and independent production companies, work which has taken me around the world filming for documentaries, arts and music, on air promotions, entertainment, current affairs and multi camera live events.

In the corporate sector my clients have included leading companies such as Airbus, G.E., Royal Navy Training and more.

With the many years of professional experience, knowledge, skill, creativity and a strong passion for what I do, I am in a perfect position to produce videos tailored to individual businesses.

Charles Jackson

Entertainment Industry Consultant, Executive Producer
Labrador Films was recently launched offering a wide range of programming and films to broadcasters worldwide. The company represents Hollywood and UK interests including Artist View Entertainment and Classic Media Group.

Through Serendipity Media Group, however, I will be providing consulting services, Executive Producer and other production functions using the wealth of experience I have gained over 4 decades in the industry.

I have co-produced several TV series including all six of Sophie Grigson’s (TV Cook & Writer) recent series - location based cooking shows.

Other highlights include: founder and CEO of QuesTV, a special interest TV Channel broadcasting to Japan and Poland.

Setting up the first significant British Network Television Sponsorship, the PowerGen/ITV Weather Sponsorship.

Jamie Masters

Sound Engineer, Producer
I have been working since 2001 as a full time sound engineer and producer.

A self-taught guitar player, I spent my teens and twenties playing in numerous guitar bands, gradually realising that the studio was where I belonged.

I have a wide variety of experience in recording albums, EPs, singles and demos for both professional and amateur artists, and I am a member of the Music Producers Guild. 

I am the proprietor and founder of Echo Studios, Buckingham and through Serendipity, I provide a full service audio production facility

Steven Peskett

Entertainment Industry Photographer
I am one of those lucky people who can say that I genuinely love what I do. With over 14 years experience in the photographic industry I have worked for a broad range of companies and covered a whole host of events.

My main area of work is within the Television Industry and over the years I have worked on TV shows such as The X Factor, All Star Family Fortunes, Take Me Out, Britain's Got Talent, Eastenders, Holby City, Casualty, Celebrity Juice, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, The Rob Brydon Show, Escape To The Country, The Bill and The IT Crowd.

Alongside my TV work I have been working for such companies as Fluorescent Image, FremantleMedia, QVC, Phonak, EMO, Swarovski, Mercieca, DeWalt, Yazoo, Black & Decker, Owl Live, PUMA, Lexus, Porter Novelli, The Company Hairdressing, and the Epsom Playhouse Theatre.

I am a Nikon Pro User and a Nikon Professional Services Member. I use Aquatech Sound Blimps for my TV work and Elinchrom Studio Lighting equipment.

Rod Rodrigo

I founded Serendipity Media as a development and commissioning vehicle for production and sales in the documentary and factual and format arenas.

I have been a producer and director for over 14 years directing food, travel & reality programming. My skills lie in being an ‘all-rounder’ with hands on experience in camera work, sound and post production.

I have almost 20 years’ experience in television content and formats, sales and distribution, obtaining commissions from broadcasters like Discovery (Animal Planet) and strategic business development with output and volume deals on pre-buys and finished content into networks around the world including NBC Universal, Channel Five (UK), Fox International, Medialaan, Nordic Entertainment, Italia Film (MENA) and many more, working through companies such as IMC Vision Ltd (UK), Global Agency (Turkey), MarVista Entertainment (USA) and Gaumont (France)

I am also a signed singer and musician with over 10 number one hits in Africa and Asia and currently have three albums on iTunes

Mark Shademan

Producer, DOP & Stills Photographer
With over two decades of experience in the corporate, feature film and television sectors, I am a versatile, creative and efficient producer who is at home holding a camera as I am in management roles.

In the corporate world, I have worked with some of the biggest brands in the world such as Barclays Bank, Belron International, Autoglass, Mercedes Benz, Camelot, L'Oreal (UK), and Nikken and produced commercials, internal communications, point of sale audio visual and conference feeds and channels.

In television, I have directed, edited and produced programming for major channels such as Disovery Networks, Animal Planet and the BBC World Service

I am a prolific cameraman but my strength lies in being an experienced all rounder being able to produce content from idea to delivery with the technical know-how and skills to match.
